La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
Membership in La Leche League USA can be obtained from your local La Leche League Group. Membership fees help to support your local Group, LLL USA, and LLL International. All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call our Leader for breastfeeding help or information.
Babies and toddlers are always welcome at our meetings. Our services include a lending library, up-to-date information, the sale of books, and the opportunity to share parenting with other mothers. Thank you for bringing a simple snack or juice to share.
Meetings will be canceled if local schools are closed due to bad weather.Meeting Information
LLL of Canal Towns meets on the second Wednesday morning of the month: gathering at 9:30am, meeting at 10:00am.

La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns. When sending an email, please include the word "breastfeeding" on the subject line so that we can prioritize our response to you.
