La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
Membership in La Leche League International is $40 for one year. Membership fees help to support your local Group and the international organization. The benefits of membership include a one-year subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS magazine.

All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.
Meeting Information
LLL of Vancouver meets twice each month
- Daytime: 3rd Wednesday* of the month at 11 a.m.
- Evening: 1st Wednesday* of the month at 7 p.m.
* Note: if the meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting will be held the following week.
Please call or email for directions and more information about any of our meetings.
Illness and Weather: In the event that you or your child is ill, please do not attend the meeting for the courtesy of others. In the event of inclement weather, we will follow the Vancouver School District school closures and not hold meetings when the schools are closed due to bad weather. Thank you!

Leader Information
La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
