La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
Membership in La Leche League International is $40 for one year. Membership fees help to support your local Group and the international organization. The benefits of membership include a one-year subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS magazine.
Our group participates in the Breastfeeding Aids Sales Program. We also offer books for sale including The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding
La Leche League of Toms River AM, New Jersey
All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Babies and small children are always welcome at our meetings.
Meeting Information
Toms River AM (New Jersey) meets on the second Wednesday of every month at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 1500 Hooper Ave, Toms River, NJ 08753. We will meet in the Dittmer Room which is located in the back building (to the right of the church). For more information or directions, call Sue at 732-270-6143 or Samantha at 732-814-9128.

Leader Information
La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
