La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
Membership in La Leche League International is $40 for one year. Membership fees help to support your local Group and the international organization. The benefits of membership include a one-year subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS magazine and a discount on items purchased from LLLI.

All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.

Spokane Northside Group
Meets the second Friday of every month at 10 a.m. in the Health Education Center of the Holy Family Medical Building, 235 E. Rowan. Call Alicia at 484-0340 or Catherine at 340-3875.Spokane City Group
Meets the third Tuesday of every month at 6 p.m. at the United Manito Methodist Church, 33rd and Grand. Call Sarah at 279-0152. This meeting will have a "nursing toddler" focus if there are interested attendees.West Plains Group

La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
