Meeting Information
Regular series meetings are wonderful, but they tend to concentrate on the needs of the youngest nurslings. Come be the center of attention in a space where noisy older nurslings are celebrated. If you would like to focus on your questions about your walking, talking child's nursing, if you are pregnant and nursing, if you are nursing a child and want to conceive the next, if you love nursing your kid but are not getting support from the rest of your community, the Seattle Area Toddler meeting may be just what you are looking for. Moms bring children as young as nine months and up to five years of age and beyond. Strictly speaking, this is not a "Toddler" meeting so much as an "older nurslings" meeting, as defined by the needs of each mom.
Please call or email betsy(at)hoffmeisters.com about the meeting or to ask to join the 100+ Seattle area moms with "older" nurslings who are active members of our Yahoogroup. Our regular meeting time is the 3rd Monday of the month at 7 p.m. at Mosaic Coffeehouse in Wallingford. This meeting date will change in June, so contact Betsy ahead of time to find out the scoop for this month. Members of the yahoo group get automatic updates and meeting reminders!

La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
