LLL of California

La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.

Membership in La Leche League USA can be obtained from your local La Leche League Group. Membership fees help to support your local Group, LLL USA, and LLL International. The benefits of membership vary from Group to Group. Ask your LLL Leader how to receive a free electronic copy of New Beginnings.

La Leche League of Redondo Beach, California

All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.

Meeting Information

LLL of Redondo Beach meets twice each month:
- A daytime meeting on the second Friday of every month at 10:00 a.m.
- An evening meeting on the third Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m.

All meetings are held at:

Beach Cities Health District
514 N. Prospect Avenue
Redondo Beach, Ca 90277

This is located on Prospect, between Beryl Avenue and Diamond.

Each month a new directory is created and placed at the front desk to advise people which meeting room to go to for all of the activities taking place.

Leader Information

La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
