All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.

Meeting Information

Evening Meetings: 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30 at the Office of Patrick Thornton, 1900 Murray Avenue Suite 303. Please follow directions at front door to be buzzed in to building.

Morning Meetings: LAST Tuesday of each month at 10:00 at a private home. Location changes every four meetings. Please contact a Leader for current location.

Weather Advisory: Meetings will be cancelled if Pittsburgh Public Schools are closed due to weather.

It is not necessary to RSVP to attend a meeting. However, if you wish to be notified of a cancellation due to weather or personal circumstance, it is recommended that you RSVP so that we have your contact information. RSVPs are taken by Ellen Rubin at ellenjrubin@gmail.com or 412-241-0960.

Leader Information

La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
