La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
Membership in La Leche League USA can be obtained from your local La Leche League Group. Membership fees help to support your local Group, LLL USA, and LLL International. All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.
Meeting Information
La Leche League of Pasadena meets the last Thursday of the month at 10:00 a.m. If the last Thursday falls on a holiday, the meeting will be held on the Thursday prior to the holiday. Please call a Leader (phone numbers below) to find out about the monthly meeting place.

- Reasons for breastfeeding
- Childbirth and the new baby at home
- The art of breastfeeding and avoiding difficulties
- Nutrition and weaning
Leader Information
La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
