La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
Membership in La Leche League International is $40 for one year. Membership fees help to support your local Group and the international organization. The benefits of membership include a one-year subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS magazine.

La Leche League of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania
All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.
Meeting Information
LLL of Lewisburg meets on the first Friday morning of each month from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the third Tuesday evening of each month at 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Mondragon Bookstore at 111 Market Street in Lewisburg (greenish building between Brassiere Louis and Stamm's Appliances, click for directions). Parking is available on Market Street, South Front Street, and the parking lot behind the building.
A lending library of breastfeeding and parenting books and help with slings are also available at the meetings.
Upcoming 2010 meetings
Each meeting begins with a discussion of mothers' questions and concerns on any aspect of breastfeeding. Then, as time is available, we discuss a particular topic.

La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
