La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.

Membership in La Leche League International is $40 for one year. Membership fees help to support your local Group and the international organization. The benefits of membership include a one-year subscription to New Beginnings magazine and a discount on items purchased from LLLI.

La Leche League of Lake Stevens, Washington

Our accredited La Leche League Group meetings provide an opportunity for both new and experienced mothers to share their questions and concerns, and to talk with one another about the special joys and challenges of breastfeeding. We especially encourage expectant and new mothers to join us. And, of course, babies and children are always welcome at our meetings! Anytime is the right time to attend.

Meeting Information

LLL of Lake Stevens meets in a relaxed, inviting, and fun setting. Our meetings offer you the latest in breastfeeding research and information. Studies show that ongoing support and encouragement are essential to a happy, successful, breastfeeding relationship. Friendships are important to woman which is why we also allow plenty of time to just snack and mingle.

LLL of Lake Stevens meets on the third Tuesday of the month from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Please phone Becky for address and directions to the meeting.

Leader Information

La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
