LLL of South Carolina
La Leche League
is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated
to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women
who want to breastfeed.
Membership in La
Leche League USA can be obtained from your local La Leche League Group.
Membership fees help to support your local Group, LLL USA, and LLL International.
The benefits of membership vary from Group to Group. Ask your LLL Leader how to
receive a free electronic copy of New Beginnings.

La Leche League of Golden Strip, South Carolina (Mauldin, Simpsonville, and Fountain Inn)
All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding
are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding
help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.
Meeting Information
The Group meets on the first Thursday of the month at 10:00 AM at the Mauldin Library at
800 West Butler Rd. The meeting is held in the Community Room, which is the large room on
the left before entering the main part of the library.
Leader Information
La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their
own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League
International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of
breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding
questions or concerns.

The La Leche League International mission is to help mothers
