LLL of Wisconsin

La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.

Membership in La Leche League USA can be obtained from your local La Leche League Group. Membership fees help to support your local Group, LLL USA, and LLL International. The benefits of membership vary from Group to Group. Ask your LLL Leader how to receive a free electronic copy of New Beginnings.

La Leche League of Eau Claire, Wisconsin

All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.

Meeting Information

La Leche League of Eau Claire meets twice each month:
- EVENING Meeting - First Monday of each month, 6:30 p.m. Please call a Leader for location.
- DAY Meeting - Third Monday of each month, 9:30 a.m., Hope United Methodist Church, 2233 Golf Road, Eau Claire.

Please call to confirm meeting times and locations.

A typical meeting includes an informal discussion of the meeting topic, and a time for sharing questions or concerns. Books on childbirth, breastfeeding, parenting, and nutrition may be borrowed from the group library. Children are always welcome at La Leche League Meetings.

Leader Information

La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
