La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
Membership in La Leche League International is $40 for one year. Membership fees help to support your local Group and the international organization. The benefits of membership include a one-year subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS magazine.

All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.
Meeting Information
The Columbia Group meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 10:00 A.M. in the conference room of the Joe E. Mann Building at Ft. Jackson.
Directions: Go in the Forest Drive entrance, turn right at the first light. The building is on the left, immediately after the second stop sign. Parking is behind the building, or if you need a ramp for a stroller you can park on the side of the building facing the road. You will need your driver's license, car registration, and proof of insurance to get on post.
Leader Information
La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
