La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.

Membership in La Leche League International is $40 for one year. Membership fees help to support your local Group and the international organization. The benefits of membership include a one-year subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS magazine.

La Leche League of Brookfield, Wisconsin

All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.

Meeting Information

We meet at 7 PM on the first Thursday of the month at Brookfield Senior Center, North Activity Room, 2000 N Calhoun Road. The Brookfield Senior Center is located in the City Hall building, at the east entrance. Snacks and juice are provided for after the meeting. For further information, call Marcia at (262) 782-6814.

DIRECTIONS: From the south: Take Calhoun Rd north past Gebhardt Rd. Turn right on Civic Dr. (stop light) Turn right at stop sign. The parking lot is the second one on the right. Enter the building at the double doors, turn left and the North Activity room is the first room on your left.

Leader Information

La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
