La Leche League of Chesterfield – West County, Missouri

Attending La Leche League meetings can help you learn about breastfeeding from other nursing mothers. At these monthly meetings, mothers share helpful hints, and also the benefits and joys of breastfeeding. Being in touch with La Leche League can give you the network of support you need.

We invite you to attend our meetings. These are guided discussions lasting about an hour followed by time for networking with others. Nursing babies are always welcome and La Leche League of Chesterfield – West County also welcomes interested fathers and fathers-to-be.

Our group maintains a large lending library with current books on pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and parenting. Our manual, The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding, 8th edition, is available for purchase.
