La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
Membership in La Leche League International is $40 for one year. Membership fees help to support your local Group and the international organization. The benefits of membership include a one-year subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS magazine.

All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.
Meeting Information
The LLL of Anchorage PM series meeting takes place on the first Friday of every month at 7 P.M. Meetings are held at the One Family Birth Center, 1108 E. Northern Lights (between Village Inn and Fred Meyer)
LLL Mom and Baby Café
Join us for our monthly drop-in gathering in a casual café setting! Meet and mingle with other breastfeeding moms and their children. Accredited La Leche League Leaders will also be available to answer questions, provide up-to-date information, or just chat. Cafés are held on the third Tuesday of each month from 10 A.M. to Noon. Located at the One Family Birth Center, 1108 E. Northern Lights (between Village Inn and Fred Meyer).
Leader Information
La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
