La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
Membership in La Leche League International is $40 for one year. Membership fees help to support your local Group and the international organization. The benefits of membership include a one-year subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS magazine.
Airport Area La Leche League
Airport Area La Leche League serves mothers in Coraopolis, and in Sewickley, Moon, and Robinson Townships.
All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.
Meeting Information
All meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of the month at the offices of Moraca OB/GYN and Associates in Edgeworth Commons, Ohio River Blvd. in Sewickley. Meetings begin promptly at 6:15 p.m. Please call a Leader if you need directions or have any questions.
Leader Information
La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
