Q: What if I can’t download the forms?

A: First, be sure that you are trying to download the forms in a format that is compatible with your software. If you do not have Microsoft Word, for example, you may not be able to download and read DOC files. Files that are in PDF format can be opened using your web browser and the free Adobe Reader "plug-in" software available online, http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
