403 Introduction to Infant Massage Learn to communicate your love through touch. This session provides an overview of the benefits of infant massage and massage strokes to practice with your child. Adult caregivers and children welcome.

404 Staying Connected to Your Partner Communication is the key to keeping your relationship strong through the busy years of parenting and beyond. Suggestions and anecdotes to help you and your partner stay connected. Attendance is limited to couples only as we will be practicing communication techniques.

505 Emergency Preparedness for Family and Pets How to prepare ahead of time for a possible disaster or family crisis.

506 Kids in the Kitchen (ages 3 and up) Start with where food comes from (that’s the dirt) and then make a healthy raw food snack kids will love. Please note any food allergies when signing up and we will try to accommodate.
