Registration Deadlines
Registration must be postmarked by October 15, 2007.
Online registration deadline is October 15, 2007.
Registrations postmarked after October 15, 2007, will be charged a late fee of $15.
Limited walk-in registration for the conference will be accepted meals may not be available and late fee applies.
Refunds
A full refund will be given for requests made before October 17, 2007.
A 50% refund less the cost of meals will be given to requests received October 18 through November 5, 2007.
