Deadlines
Registration must be postmarked by May 15, 2006.
Registrations received after May 15, 2006, will be charged a late fee of $10.
Limited walk-in registration for the conference will be accepted—meals may not be available.
Refunds
A full refund will be made for requests made before May 15, 2006. A 50% refund less meals will be given to requests received after May 15, 2006, but before June 5, 2006.
