Cancellation: Deposits, taken either by cash or credit card are refunded
or credited only if notice is received 72 hours prior to arrival date.
Guests should obtain a cancellation number.
Tipping: Please remember to tip the bell captain and housekeeping staff. They help to make our stay at the hotel more convenient and comfortable. Standard practice is $1 per bag for the bell captain (or $4 check-in, $4 check-out per person) and $2 per suite per day (or $1 per person per day) for housekeeping.
