All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding
are invited to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding
help or information. Pregnant women are especially welcome. Even one meeting
before your baby is born can provide a solid start toward happy breastfeeding.
Children and babies are always welcome at our meetings.
Meeting Information
At monthly meetings we discuss such topics as the positioning of the
baby for nursing, working and breastfeeding, avoiding and overcoming problems,
helping the "fussy" baby, and how weaning happens. You can get
assistance and encouragement in a relaxed atmosphere.
We hold an annual World Walk for Breastfeeding
to celebrate World Breastfeeding Week. Contact a Leader for more information.

La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their
