La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed. All breastfeeding mothers and pregnant women interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call our Leaders for breastfeeding help.
Membership in La Leche League is $40 for one year. The membership fee helps support local Groups, our Area, and the international organization. Membership benefits include a one year online subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS magazine.
Meetings
in Clinton CountyA continuing series of informal discussion meetings are offered and are open to all women interested in breastfeeding. Children of all ages are welcome.
Series Meetings: Generally, meetings are held on the first Monday of the month at 7PM (except for September when they are the second Monday of the month at 7PM). Location: Family Connections (OneWork Source building), 194 US Oval, Plattsburgh NY. Enter the building through the farthest set of doors to the right.
