Membership in La Leche League can be obtained from your local La Leche League Group for $40. Membership fees help to support your local Group, LLL of New York, and LLL International. Ask your LLL Leader how to receive an electronic copy of New Beginnings.

La Leche League of the Bronx, New York

All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.

Healthcare professionals are welcome to attend meetings, please call the Leader in advance.

Leader Information

La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.

Bronx-Riverdale

LLL of Bronx/Riverdale will NOT meet on the third Thursday in February, but rather meet on the Fourth Thursday, which is Feb 23rd.
Future dates: Meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month @9:30am at the Riverdale YM-WHA, 5625 Arlington Avenue, Bronx, NY 10471.
