La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
Membership in La Leche League International is $40 for one year. Membership fees help to support your local Group and the international organization. The benefits of membership include a one-year subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS magazine and a discount on items purchased from LLLI.

All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of the Leaders for breastfeeding help and/or meeting information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.
Meeting Information
Meetings are normally the second Friday of each month at 7:15 p.m. but sometimes vary with holidays, vacations, etc. We suggest calling ahead to confirm. They are at the Valley West Hospital in the Community Conference Room downstairs.
Enrichment Meetings are on the third Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. at JAS Photography on Main Street and Route 34, Sandwich. Meeting topics range from toddler snacks to potty training to discipline. Breastfeeding questions are also discussed.
Leader Information
La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
