La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
Membership in La Leche League International is $40 for one year. Membership fees help to support your local Group and the international organization. The benefits of membership include a one-year subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS magazine and a discount on items purchased from LLLI.

All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of the Leaders for breastfeeding help and/or meeting information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.
Meeting Information
Day Meeting: Second Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. Meeting is held at St. John’s United Methodist Church in Davenport, Iowa.
Night Meeting: First Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Meeting is held at Trinity Hospital Terrace Park Davenport, Iowa. Look for signs at the information desk as we sometimes meet at a different conference room in the hospital. Dads are welcome at this Group’s meetings!
Illinois Night Meeting: Fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Meeting is held at the Illini Hospital in the Larson Center, Room C
Enrichment Meetings are available for members only. They are held on the third Wednesday of each month. The meeting place varies, so please contact a Leader for more information.
Leader Information
La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
