La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
Membership in La Leche League International is $40 for one year. Membership fees help to support your local Group and the international organization. The benefits of membership include a one-year subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS magazine and a discount on items purchased from LLLI.
"Baby & Me" Group of Mundelein, Illinois
All mothers, fathers and parents-to-be who are interested in breastfeeding are welcome to attend our meetings or call one of the Leaders for breastfeeding help and/or meeting information. Babies, of course, are always welcome. During pregnancy, attending meetings is a great way to prepare for breastfeeding. After birth, spending time with others who have "been there" can help make early parenthood easier. Discover new ways to make life with a breastfeeding baby more fun and fulfilling while you learn, share, and enjoy.
This is a "Baby & Me" Group, which includes informal discussion of the topics included in the four traditional LLL Series Meetings. Bring your questions and challenges. Dads are welcome and encouraged to attend.

La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
