La Leche League of Waterbury, Connecticut
La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
La Leche League of Waterbury, Connecticut offers support and information through:
- Mother to Mother Support
- Monthly Meetings
- Telephone Help from Accredited Leaders
- Lending Library (books on childbirth, breastfeeding, and related subjects)
All pregnant and nursing mothers are encouraged to come to our meetings. Babies and toddlers are always welcome at the meetings. Membership in LLL is available for $40 per year. Membership benefits include subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS, LLL's bimonthly parenting magazine.
Meeting Information
The Waterbury group meets the fourth Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m., except November and December, when meetings are on the third Thursday. Meetings are held in Waterbury. Please phone a Leader listed below for directions.
