La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
La Leche League of Southbury/Woodbury, Connecticut offers support and information through:
All pregnant and nursing mothers are encouraged to come to our meetings. Babies and toddlers are always welcome at the meetings. Membership in LLL is available for $40 per year. Membership benefits include subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS, LLL's bimonthly parenting magazine.
Meeting Information Meeting Schedule: We meet on the second Tuesday of every month at 10:00 a.m. for Series Meetings.
Location: In one of the meeting rooms of the Southbury library.
Leader Information La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who are accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. For breastfeeding support or additional meeting information, contact:
