La Leche League Groups offer free breastfeeding help and information via phone or monthly meetings. La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with breastfeeding.
Meeting information
LLL of Cheyenne has two monthly meetings and a prenatal breastfeeding class:

We meet the first Thursday of the month from 6:30 PM til 8:30 PM at the Laramie County Library. The meeting room changes, based on availability, so please ask a librarian for the meeting room location.
We meet the second Thursday of the month for our morning meeting at 10:00 AM at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Cheyenne (3005 Thomes Ave.).
We offer a prenatal breastfeeding class on the second Monday of each month. The meeting is held at 6:00 PM at Alpha Family Medicine at 1202 Cleveland Ave.
Leader information
La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
