La Leche League of Little Rock, Arkansas
All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.
Day Meeting Information
La Leche League of Little Rock meets on the 1st Friday of each month at 10 a.m. at the Second Presbyterian Church.
Directions:
From I-430 take the Cantrell Road Rd. exit #9, go east, and take the first right, which is Pleasant Valley Road. You will be able to see the church in the valley there on the right. Once in the church property, drive to the back of the church (the side closest to the interstate) where the classrooms are. There will be signs posting the way to the room upstairs. We look forward to meeting you there!
Night Meeting Information
La Leche League of Little Rock meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at Whole Foods Community Room.
NOTE: there will be a night meeting in December!
Directions:
From I-430 take the Rodney Parham Rd. exit #8, go west, and take a right at the first light into the shopping center behind Chili's. The community room is located in the back left corner of the store near the dining area. We look forward to meeting you there!
Leader Information
La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.

Our goal is to respond to your questions as quickly as possible. Occasionally, a voice mail or email may not be received or an email may be sent to a Spam folder. If you have not heard back from a Leader, please contact her again or you may try any of the other Leaders.
La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
Membership in La Leche League International is $40 for one year. Membership fees help to support your local Group and the international organization. Membership is not required to call a Leader or to attend meetings.
